The process
How our college recruiting service works
1. Tell us about your athlete (days 0–2)
After signup your family fills out one onboarding form: stats, film, academics, story, target level and goals. You tell it to us straight and we build the campaign around the real athlete.
2. We build the target list
We find programs where your athlete could realistically play — right sport, division, roster need, location and academics — and the right coach to contact at each one. Not sure which level fits? Read D1 vs D2 vs D3 vs NAIA vs JUCO.
3. Personalized outreach goes out
Every email is written from the athlete, personalized to the program, with film and verifiable numbers up front. It's the approach in our guide on how to email college coaches, run at scale.
4. We manage every reply
Film requests, call scheduling, follow-ups, visit invitations — we work every thread until real roster conversations happen, and your family stays in the loop.
What this looks like in practice
John Oliver was two years into college and off the field. His campaign produced replies from college coaches asking for calls and film, and about $20K in scholarship offers. Read the full story on the Recrua homepage.
What we don't promise
Nobody honest can guarantee a roster spot. What we guarantee is real contact: your athlete's name, film and story in front of real college coaches, with every reply worked.
Who it's for
- High school athletes who aren't being contacted by coaches.
- JUCO players and transfers looking for their next program.
- Families who don't have the time to run outreach to dozens of programs.
