• Quiz and form answers: sport, position, division goals, budget, location preferences, role (athlete, parent/guardian, coach), and graduation year.
• Contact information: name, athlete name, parent/guardian name, email address, and phone number.
• Booking information: call date/time and meeting details collected through our scheduling provider (Cal.com).
• Text message data: if you opt in to SMS, your mobile number, message history, and reply content.
• Usage data: pages visited, quiz progress, device and browser information, and advertising identifiers (e.g., Meta Pixel) used to measure our marketing.

2. How we use your information

• To evaluate whether our outreach program is a fit for you.
• To contact you by email, phone, or SMS about your inquiry, bookings, reminders, and follow-ups you have consented to receive.
• To deliver and improve our services, prevent fraud, and keep our systems secure.
• To measure and improve our advertising.

3. SMS messaging

If you provide your phone number and consent, we may send you SMS/MMS messages related to your inquiry, booking reminders, and no-show follow-ups. Message frequency varies.
