SMS Messaging Terms & Compliance

These SMS Messaging Terms describe Recrua's text messaging program. By opting in to receive text messages from Recrua ("Recrua", "we", "us"), you agree to these terms.

1. Program description

Recrua's SMS program sends transactional and service-related messages to athletes and families who have inquired about or purchased our recruiting outreach services. Messages include scheduling and booking confirmations, call reminders, follow-ups after a missed call or appointment, and responses to your questions.

2. How you opt in

You opt in by providing your mobile phone number through our website quiz, contact forms, or booking flow and consenting to be contacted by text message. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.

3. Message frequency and cost

Message frequency varies based on your activity and where you are in the process. Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier plan. Recrua is not responsible for charges imposed by your carrier.

4. How to opt out

You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Reply STOP to any message to opt out. After you send STOP, we will send one confirmation message and you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, resubmit your number through our website.

6. Privacy

7. Supported carriers and liability

The service is available on major US carriers, but carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery is subject to effective transmission from your carrier and is outside our control.

8. Eligibility

You must be 18 years or older, or have a parent or legal guardian's permission, to participate in the SMS program.

9. Changes to these terms

We may modify or cancel the SMS program or these terms at any time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised "last updated" date.
